Playa del Carmen is growing, and there are many excellent new condo developments appearing every year.  For this reason,hHere at TopMexicoRealEstate, when we find a new complex, we make a list of all the advantages it could possibly have for interested buyers.  In the case of Awa condos, we found this list to be pretty exciting, pointing to excellent possibilities for buyers looking for excellent prices, high quality and good location.  Here we will share part of this list with you:

Near the beach – First and foremost, people buy in Playa del Carmen for the beautiful, wide, soft-sanded beaches and the splendid turquoise Caribbean.  Awa condos are within walking distance. While this point is true of the majority of condo developments, it’s worth mentioning right off the bat, and it puts all the other points into context.

 

Large units – The units are large and spacious, with a comfortable, modern open-concept design. This makes it possible to enjoy life in Paradise comfortably.

 

Variety of units – Most of the units are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos in small buildings.  But there are also a few other units available, such as penthouses, offering even more living space, not to mention a huge terrace with excellent views, and a stand-alone single home.

 

Very accessible prices - The price per square foot is probably the best available in the Playa del Carmen. Just as importantly, the prices are low and accessible in the absolute sense – i.e. just about all buyers will be able to consider one of these units comfortably within their budget.

 

Nice complex – The complex includes beautiful design, spacious layout, a nice lounge area and a pool. 

 

Successful developer – The same developer released a complex right next door at the end of 2010 which was all but sold out by early 2012.  Happy owners have been moving in, and can attest to the fact that the developer offers quality and works on good timeline.

 

Very nice new gated community – The community is a new, upscale gated community with 24-hour manned security.  Plenty of designated green areas can be enjoyed along the bike trail that runs throughout.

 

Near downtown and malls – The shopping, restaurants and nightlife of downtown, as well as Playa del Carmen’s 2 large malls are all about a 10 minute drive away.  These include large stores like Walmart, and a state-of-the-art hospital.

Yes, there are many good options in Playa del Carmen; yet Awa most certainly stands out as one of the most promising.
