If you haven’t heard of Heliko condos in Playa del Carmen, then it’s about time you did; in my opinion Heliko is one of the nicest condo options in Coco Beach, a trendy and up-and-coming community just at the north end of downtown Playa del Carmen. The following are the reasons for my opinion.
The Complex is VERY Close to the Beach
Playa del Carmen’s north end has some of the region’s most beautiful beaches – soft, white sand, warm water and a beautiful, bright turquoise color are it’s defining features. Heliko is only a short walk away from these beaches; it’s about a 2 minute walk for those who take their time. There are also clear views of the beach from the rooftop lounge area.
The Complex is Unique and Beautiful
The complex has a very unique design with a grand central staircase spiralling upward at the center of the building offering the main access to all the floors (with an elevator in the middle.) On top of this central staircase is the rooftop pool, and the lounge areas surrounding it. This design makes the complex very pleasant to see and walk through.
The Units are Pure Luxury
The units within this complex are nothing less than pure luxury. A beautiful, open-concept design includes features like a kitchen island, marble and granite counters and top-of-the-line appliances. If the context in which you live has anything to do with how easy it is to relax, then a place like Heliko is definitely at the top of places that offer a relaxing, comfortable lifestyle.
Coco Beach is Playa del Carmen’s Trendiest New Community
Coco Beach is an ever-more-popular beachfront just at the north end of Playa del Carmen’s downtown area. The development of the trendy Fifth Avenue shopping and dining area has just reached the residential community that borders Coco Beach, making it one of the hippest new communities to be in. Coco beach is gaining attention of retirees, investors and many young residents who want to be part of the newest trend in town.
Prices are Reasonable
Having said all this, I would suspect most people would assume that prices are outrageously high. This is far from the truth. Heliko offers condos for an average budget so the majority of buyers consider living in a complex like this one.
Of the condos currently on the market, this is one I strongly recommend buyers to consider as a top option.
