Awa Condos, Playa del Carmen – New Enthusiasm for Low-Cost Condos in an Upscale Location

While Awa condos, Playa del Carmen, is, in itself an excellent real estate option for a low price, it represents a new trend in the Playa del Carmen area towards low-priced and high-quality condos.  This is good news for anyone considering buying a condo near the beachfront.

One of the most important points when considering the significance of Awa condos in the Playa del Carmen market is that it’s not the first of its type – not even from this developer.  In late 2010, the same developer released a development of Playa del Carmen condos called “Viliv” for sale; it was an immediate success, and as of March 2012, it is all but sold out (only 2 units remain.)

What made Viliv so successful?  Virtually the same points that promise to make Awa successful – prices that are accessible to the lower-than-average budget, walking distance to the beach, nice complex amenities such as pool, lounge area and gym, a beautiful and secure gated community, bike trails and plenty of green areas.

This kind of condo is a dream come true for many buyers.  Many buyers consider it to be out of their reach.  Yet Viliv, and now Awa, are proving that buyers on a lower budget this same comfortable lifestyle on the beachfront.  So far, it is proving successful.
