El Cielo Residencial in Playa del Carmen is a nice new gated community near the beach that offer properties within the average or even low budget ranges!
Design and Concept
El Cielo is a master-planned community designed for comfort, safety and visual appeal. There are only 2 entrance points (one at the highway side, one at the beach side) and both are manned 24 hours. The wide roads bend for visual appeal, but are easy to navigate and well-marked. There are bike trails running throughout. The master plan includes 14 designated green areas as well as green boulevards, offering very close contact with nature and natural beauty.
The community has also been designed so that the commercial area is at the highway side entrance, making stopping to shop on the way in and out easy. The beach side of the community is a condo-hotel and tourist area which will include shops and restaurants; it also includes an extension of Fifth Avenue, Playa del Carmen’s main downtown street and the area’s heart of tourism, activities and events. The residential area is in the middle offering privacy and convenience.
Location
El Cielo is located with Playa del Carmen’s exclusive “Diamond Zone” which is emerging as the regions next upscale hotel and real estate area. Besides being located between 2 professional golf courses and several ritzy resorts, downtown is only a 10 minute drive away, as are the city’s two malls, which include large store (similar to Walmart), movie theaters (with movies in English), shops, snacks, cafes and even a bowling alley.
The area is the closest to Cancun’s international airport which is only a 35 minute drive away. This airport is one of Mexico’s most important and offers daily, direct and affordable flights to all major locations within North America.
Pricing
While offering all of these advantages, El Cielo is still relatively new and continues to offer good prices for land until the community takes more shape. This means good lots are available at great prices, but it also means that very nice condos and homes can be found; developers save on their land purchase, and pass these savings on to buyers.
El Cielo is most certainly an outstanding community in Playa del Carmen, offering excellent lifestyle, nice properties and affordable prices.
