Very Close Access to the Beach – One of Playa del Carmen’s top beaches, Xcalacoco Beach, is a short bike ride or even reasonable walk away (half a mile).  There are plans for an upscale beach club in the very near future which will be exclusive for residents of El Cielo (the gated community.)

 

Short Drive to All Services – Playa del Carmen includes excellent restaurants, supermarkets, bars, local markets, cafes, malls, movie theaters, a state-of-the-art hospital, 12 excellent golf courses (which have earned the title of “Latin America’s golf capital,” and much more.  All of this can be found within a 10 minute drive.

 

Short Drive to International Airport – Cancun’s international airport which is Mexico’s second best connected and emerging as one of the most important in Latin America is only a 35 minute drive away.  Short and affordable flights home are available usually on a daily basis.
