When you begin planning your retirement, there are always many factors you will want to take into consideration to make sure it is the right retirement for you. Downtown Location
One of the main attractive features of Quadra Alea is its downtown location. It is in the heart of the trendy Little Italy district, which is basically the north half of downtown. Within walking distance there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, art galleries, clothing boutiques, liquor and cigar shops and many similar items. There are also banks, supermarkets, local fruit and vegetable markets, bakeries, Italian goods shops and large sports complex. Besides being convenient, the walk through the surrounding neighborhoods with tree-lined streets is relaxing and visually appealing.
Near the Beach
Quadra Alea is also a walk away from a number of the area’s nicest beaches, with their soft, white sand and warm, turquoise water. The nice part is that the walk is through the picturesque heart of Little Italy. One of the closest beach areas is actually home to Playa del Carmen’s trendiest beach club, which also hosts a live jazz festival right on the sand of the beach every November.
Very Large Units
Living comfortably is an important part of retirement. Having a very spacious and well laid out condo contributes significantly to this. Quadra Alea excels in spaciousness; they are among the largest condos available in the area, and probably the most spacious downtown. This factor also means that they offer the best price per square foot in luxury condos in the area – by a considerable margin! Everything is spacious – the kitchen, living room, bed rooms, the terraces and the complex itself.
Spacious Complex, Unique to Downtown
Quadra Alea is also unique in the downtown area because of the spacious layout of the complex. There are green areas, large pools and comfortable space between small buildings. A gym and a spa are included without crowding or building upwards. The complex is more like something you would find out in the newer gated communities; it is like an oasis in the heart of downtown.
