This price not only compares very well to other properties in the area as a whole, but it is also very accessible to all budgets for American and Canadian buyers; this is savings both in the relative and absolute sense. Since Tulum is booming, low-priced properties of this sort also promise to be a good investment.
Yet, as we all know, price cannot be considered on its own; we all know that price is relative to design, and – most importantly – location.
Design
The design of the homes within Jade is very attractive. They have a very pleasant, modern design with good space layout, large windows, sliding patio doors and nice finishes. Bedrooms (each home has between 2 and 3 and a half) are spacious, some with walk-in closets. Each home has at least 1 full bathroom and one guest bathroom; the largest home has 3 full bathrooms.

Location
Of course, location is always a big point – often considered the most important. It has enough distance to be a quiet and very natural community, yet close enough to enjoy all the conveniences of town.
The beaches of Tulum are only another short bike ride away. The drive is less than 10 minutes. These beaches are considered by many to be the most beautiful in the world, with soft white sand and the clear turquoise water; they are exemplary of the finest to be found in the Riviera Maya or even the Caribbean!
