For many people, the choice of a community depends a good deal on the feeling of walking through that community – what it feels like to go for a nice relaxing stroll. What would it be like to go for a stroll in El Cielo? Starting in your condo or villa, after a nice coffee and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool, you might head down to the lounge area where some of the neighbors are relaxing at the poolside. You chat for a bit and then head out into the natural paradise surrounding the complex.
Walking down the wide sidewalks you’ll enjoy beautiful scenery of tastefully designed homes and nice condos, all designed to add to an upscale community – relaxing, pleasant places, just like where you live. Two bikes rides by on the trail (which runs throughout the community.) It’s Jim and Brenda. They stop and chat. Everyone has time to chat. Even Joe the gardener will always take time to chat; his name is Jose, but he prefers Joe. He only speaks a few words of English, but always friendly and happy to exchange a few friendly words.
There’s nature everywhere. Trees line the boulevards, and there are large, natural green areas everywhere. As you turn down a quiet street (which is just about all of them) and see a fox crossing the road. The fox stops, looks at you, and then hurries along its way into the bush. Sometimes, when you’re lucky, you even see monkeys up in the tree-tops. (You’re sure you saw one up on a balcony once – or was that just the neighbor’s kid …?)
Wildlife is common because there’s very little traffic; the gated entrances limit traffic increasing tranquility and safety.
On a day when you’re in the mood for a slightly longer stroll, you head down to the beach, down a nice road through the jungle; in maybe about 20 minutes, you get to the soft, white sand of one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. What’s next? Walk in the sand, relax on a lounge chair or enjoy a nice drink at the poolside of a beach club? Completely up to you and how you feel that day.
