Owning Cancun real estate is much more than just owning a piece of property; it’s living the life on the world’s finest beaches.  There are things you can enjoy on vacation here too, but just imagine all of that, plus more every day of your life!

Views – Condos on Cancun’s beachfront are all about the views.  Views of the purest whitest sand to be found, the turquoise water near the beach, and the deep blue of the Caribbean Sea beyond.  Believe me, once you have this view from your balcony, the T.V. will get dusty pretty soon.

Walks on the beach – Of course, the beaches aren’t just there for looking at.  They’re there to be enjoyed as a part of life.  And remember, it’s not just a walk in the sand once a year on vacation; this is your day to day life – or at least as often as you get a plane ticket down!

People watching – People come from all over the world to enjoy Cancun.  All people enjoying themselves, all people having a good time – old, young, men, women, kids, Europeans, South Americans, North Americans, etc.  Watching families, young couples and retirees all so relaxed and happy – there’s just something really pleasurable about it!

Dining – Restaurants of all kinds can be found along the beachfront – American favorites (Bubba Gump, Johnny Rockets, etc.), Mexican tacos, Japanese gourmet fusion, Italian – you name it.   Good prices, too!

Nightlife – Whether you like a sports bar where you can watch the game with the friends, or a more lively club, Cancun’s beachfront area has plenty of variety.

Shopping  - Modern shopping malls with jewelry, shoes, clothing, furniture and much more abound.  Some people even buy shopping vacation packages; the best part is you don’t need it – it’s always there for you!

Sight-seeing – Mayan pyramids, the world’s second largest coral reef, jungle tours, horse-back riding, colonial cities, eco-towns, nature parks and much more – these are all within a couple hours’ drive of Cancun – or even closer.

Getting to know the regulars – Something you can’t do just visiting is get to know the regulars – the expats – and become one of them.  There are many Americans and Canadians living in Cancun permanently or part time, but regularly – many people say about 10,000.  These people will be your neighbors and you will get to know them and share your new adventures with them.  It’s definitely part of the life!

Owning property in Cancun is much more that a nice property in a good location.  It’s a lifestyle.
