I wanted to write and tell you how absolutely wonderful Thomas Lloyd, his wife, Bea and his assistant, Andy Welbourne
have been to work with these past months! We set out on this dream of buying a place in paradise but not really knowing where
to start. After being impressed with Thomas' website, we made an appointment to meet with him our first day there.
We immediately knew that we had chosen the right person ... he was friendly, professional and sincere all at the same
time and made us feel like he had no where else more important to be! He and Andy were so patient & spent so much time
with us for days and days ... trip after trip ... never making us feel rushed in our search. My goodness, I think we saw
every inch of Playa before we made our decision and they had incredible patience! They really listened to what we were looking
for and being very knowledgeable of the area, they knew what would make a good purchase. Back in the U.S. once the sale has been made ... that's when the realtors disappear. Well, absolutely not true with Thomas and his group. They have been there every step of the way to answer questions ... direct us to the next step ... translate things into Spanish for us ... negotiate with the seller to obtain our condo in great condition ...even sent us photos of the condo work in progress! They helped us set up our condo with utilities ... set up a special website for our closing documents and the list just goes on and on! They welcomed us to the Playa way of life and have just treated us like we were part of their family through every step of the buying process! The fact that we put our trust and our investment into their hands to handle things for us while we were back home just shows how genuine and honest they are. I keep meeting people around town who have purchased property and they are having difficulty with one or another aspect ... all I have to say with a big smile is ... our realtors handled that for us! If anyone is looking to purchase in this area, I highly suggest looking no further than the Thomas Lloyd group ... ya'll absolutely will not find anyone with more integrity to steer you in the right direction and achieve that dream!
