USA Presidential Speech and Relation to the Playa del Carmen Mexico Property Prices

Yesterday, President Bush gave a speech from New York addressing several issues of the US economy but mainly focused his address to the current Housing Market obstacles He reminded the audience that several projects are in place to assist Americans with mortgage payment difficultiens and defaults. FHA secure for exmple along with Project Life Line which allows for 30 day extensions are a few of such programs to assist.

Along with this message, President Bush pointed out that the US economy has had various months of consecutive job growth and that exportations are experiencing continuous growth in the past year. Overall though, these are Uncertain Times for many Americans in the housing industries for a few more months ahead.

Free Trade talks with new countries such as Columbia, South Korea should not be postponed was another message that the administration was stressing. They reflected on the success of the NAFTA over the past 10 years and how such an agreement has helped US exports, opened up opportunities for many investors into the neighboring countries (Mexico, USA, Canada), and has increased the safety and transparency of the investment environment for all.

My humble opinion to those who have been writing Adjust to the market, find opportunities, and avoid increasing international trade barriers.

I have been asked the question many times:

How is the US economy affecting the Mexican Real Estate market

prices are affected by numerous factors which include national economical results, international economical results, and a numerous quantity of regional economical factors. As can be seen from the US housing market, not all of the regions are affected at the same degree, in fact, some regions continue to see growth and appreciation. Job creation, population growth, demand, all have heavier influences on Playa del Carmen property prices and prices of most of Mexico properties as a whole than international economical indicators.

The smart Mexico property buyer, adjusts to the market and finds opportunities that meet his criteria and needs. How does property in Mexico, or property in Playa del Carmen compare to Florida real estate, California real estate, or the Las Vegas real estate markets Search for marginal opportunities future growth trends .compare. The US economy will correct itself in the coming months. Write me or visit my web page to discuss these points or how to buy property in Mexico http://www.TopMexicoRealEstate.com
