Last week, we were invited to see a new preconstruction project located in Cancun
I was excited about the invitation
as I have been very curious to see how the progress had been developing here in Puerto Cancun, as well as with the
preconstruction project of Novocancun.
This is a major closed gated community, Puerto Cancun, with many amenities within the community which includes an 18 hole golf course! a Marina! and a commercial center!
and the unique item of this project is the location Puerto Cancun is located
about 2 blocks from the Cancun courthouse, about 6 blocks from several international hospitals, right off of the kulkulkan road which is the main hotel zone, and 6 blocks from
Walmart, Sam`s Club, Price Club and many other shopping centers
The project is within a Mexico closed gated community with all of the conveniences and luxuries of what we normally expect from our home country development projects (might even include more)
OK, some of the high points.
The golf course is a signature golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf.
The 18-hole course will be laid out over 185 acres. The course will weave throught the canals and up along the
Mexico oceanfront. Various holes will be oceanfront, and the majority along the canals.
The community will also have a Clubhouse, that will include restaurants and a pro shop.
The marina will tie up over 350 yachts,
This is exciting for Quintana Roo And also for Cancun real estate There are not many marinas that exist, and
hardly any for deep draft yachts.
So, this may open up a market and bring many boaters from south of Florida as well as from the Carribean islands to visit the Mexican Caribbean As a home or Mexico Condo owner, wow, it is nice to have a condo and have your boat tied up down below Especially if you are sitting in front of Isla Mujeres Now if you thought Americans and Canadians and other Mexican foreigners could not own Mexico oceanfront properties, read and learn more at this page https://www.topmexicorealestate.com/faq.php
I know that when I used to live in Cancun, one of the greatest past times was to take the boat out on the lagoon for evening drives to the restaurants, or even to tie up to the ISLA SHOPPING CENTER where my wife and I would grab a coffee or take in a movies. Lots of fun if you like
boating
Now this marina will be able to recieve large yachts of 200 feet and longer! This will make Puerto Cancun
the first mega yacht marina in the Mexican Caribbean! Will this attract buyers from southern Florida, or give
competition to similar Miami condos The developers are offering boardwalks, boutique shops, restaurants, bars Cancun preconstruction condos may be raising the bar with this project
Or, will these Mexico condos be a
complement to Miami real estate ownersAre you thinking what I am
I actually went on a boat trip across the Gulf of Mexico << SEE BLOG >> , now that was much funI flew into Miami, got together with some friends in Key Largo, and took a boat across the Gulf of Mexico, straight shot into Isla Mujeres What a trip Now people from Florida have a place to visit for a boat journey down in Mexico!
Ok, we can tell I like boats, but lets see what the Mexico preconstruction condo, Novo Cancun, lets see what more their project has to offer Below I have listed some of the items which stood out.
-panaromic views, (the views will be spectacular as the Caribbean ocean shades on the leeward side of isla mujeres are breathtaking, imagine what they will look like from the 20th floor or even the 5th floor up.)
-beach club which includes 820 feet of Mexico oceanfront
-many swimming pools
-spa and gym
-jogging track
-covered parking
-private dock along perimeter of the development
-strong developers Hansa Urbana out of Spain
Listen to my interview with Raul the sales director of this project << interview >>.
