Administrative work and bureaucratic procedures have been started , cession of Government lands and Ejido agreements are in process as well. Strong communication in the different Government levels are taking place to assure the legality of the land.
The exact location of the Tulum Airport is 65 Km from the Cozumel Airport, 102 Km from Cancun s airport and 15.8 km inland from Tulum With an area of 500 hectares, this zone will be home for 3.5 km long runways that will be 45 M wide and will comply with all international airport regulations.
