Last week I had the chance to talk with the AMPI national president, Pedro Trueba about a few topics regarding the Mexico real estate market and also with Wilberth Gutierrez about the Playa del Carmen real estate areas. Many non-Mexican buyers are unfamiliar with the process of buying or investing into properties here south of the border.  The AMPI logo and the training that AMPI associates are offered and how this can benefit non-Mexican buyers are discussed in the video below. A new Mexico real estate degree is now offered in this country and in this industry which is exciting news as I am fortunate to be one of the first generation Realtors to have been awarded this title along with an official professional identification number. Again, these credentials and degrees are now available so that buyers or sellers can now have another manner to more efficiently evaluate or compare when choosing which Realtors can most adequately and professionally represent their interests. We chat about this below.  Â
