One of the hottest topics in Playa del Carmen Real Estate at the moment is the exciting, long awaited news of the beach recovery. It is officially a reality now for Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the much needed beachfront in Playacar phase one. This is a private gated community area where you find a mix of mostly single family homes and a few condominium complexes. i really liked seeing the pictures of the reclaimed beach in playa -phase 1. i am sure this beach reclamation will add considerable value to the beach front properties once the market regains it legs.
i think we made a purchase in a very timely manner thanks to thomas and bea as thus far the property is working out very good for us as a investment – rental.
