The Tulum real estate market is growing as fast as a vine in a jungle. I went out this past week to see how the Aldea Zama project was progressing. “PLEASANT SURPRISE”. Tulum is a small village still. There are not many options to choose for condos or for homes yet when you review the Mexico real estate market in comparison to this region there are some exciting potential in this southern tropical paradise. Especially with all the buzz in the past 3 months with the President of Mexico making announcements of the International Airport regarding the nod of approval from the federal offices to proceed in this mega project and investment into this small little Mexican Caribbean village…. the Tulum real estate is showing great appreciation potential.
