This is a follow up on the Mexico real estate blog that I wrote last summer regarding a cool 14 units complex near Mamitas beach written about Playa del Carmen condos (click here). I paid a visit recently as the developer had mentioned that the showroom was about to be opened to the public. This developer has been building in Playa for many years and has many great projects already accomplished.
The location is excellent and these 14 units will share an amazing common rooftop area with an infinity pool and deck, that overlooks the most popular beach zone in all of the Riviera Maya, Mamitas beach.
