The Wine & Food Festival Cancun-Riviera Maya is set to return this month once again, with a focus on celebrating the flavors of Mexico, Spain and France. From April 28th to May 1st the best national and international talents of the culinary world will be in the Riviera Maya for the 5th edition of the Wine & Food Festival, bringing together chefs and sommeliers from around the world.
This year Mexico, Spain and France will honored and their culinary tastes will be on display through four days of events held in different venues in both Cancun and Riviera Maya. These events include wine, coffee and mezcal tastings; dish tastings, conferences and cooking classes. These events will include the presence of celebrity chefs, sommeliers and food critics.
This edition will celebrate two well known chefs:  Alejandro Ruiz, an important personality in the Mexican food scene, and Albert Adrià from Spain, regarded as the best pastry chef in the world. Both of them will be sharing experiences in the world of food at conferences.
The is expected to attract a large number of guests from Mexico, USA, Europe and Latin America.

– A 50 minutes tasting and appreciation of different types of beer by an expert sommelier
