We are continuously trying to improve our knowledge in Mexico Real Estate themes As there are many variances in the real estate laws, many extra processes, and even the language barriers that make a normal real estate transaction into a potentially complicated and confusing investment, we strive to learn more and then to educate Just recently, the AMPI organization along with a Federal Educational Institute, CENEVAL, developed a new process, a new exam and process for Mexico realtors to obtain a degree and receive a professional license In September of the year 2008 this first exam was applied nationwide which we were happy to participate Although not mandatory to practice real estate here in Mexico, we chose to study and to learn more of this profession Now we are proud to have qualified in receiving a Mexico Real Estate license,the first in the history of Mexico to be granted to those who pass an extensive 5 hour exam and to demonstrate ample knowledge and experience in the industry.

Born in Indiana,raised on Baseball, strong values, and corn (All State 2nd Baseman), I received an opportunity to study at Purdue University (degree in Finance Option Business Management from Purdue University Krannert School of Management) Made many friends at Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and after receiving my degree, I moved to Mexico and have been working and living here for the past 15 years

With an entrepreneurial heart, I started up my own business of manufacturing, importing, exporting and distribution through out all states of Mexico and exportations to USA, Canada, and Central America.

Later I began consulting other American Firms on relocating warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, offices into this region. With the present boom being experienced in the real estate market of Baja California and in Quintana Roo, and for other personal reasons, my family and I moved to the Mexican Caribbean approximately 5 years ago. I studied post graduate courses on the subjects pertaining to the Mexican residential side of real estate through LaSalle University and the AMPI organization of Mexico, (AMPI Associacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios , U.S.A. equivalent of NAR National Association of Realtors ; Only a handful of American Real Estate agents have taken these courses due to the 100% Spanish content) From 2005, 2006, 2007 I have been the TOP SALES AGENT of Realty Executives Mexico ( click here ).
