Mexico Real Estate License

Mexico real estate licenses are NOT mandatory to practice in this industry. Just recently though in the fall of 2008, the first federally applied examinations were presented on a nationwide level for those interested to obtain the first in Mexico's history Real Estate degree and professional license. Over 300 people nationwide took the five hour long exam, those who passed delivered extensive portafolios to demonstrate experience and in the market knowledge, of which only 44 people remained in the process. Exams and process were administered by federal agencies and private organizations CENEVAL, AMPI, SEP.
