<p>Basically a property that has been reduced by at least 15% from the market going rate.  Our agents have many years experience of hitting the streets looking for <a href="http://www.topmexicorealestate.com/" target="_blank">real estate for sale in Mexico </a>and thus, when they see a eye opening price, they will bring it to your attention if you are signed up.  Mexico, nor Canada have had the drastic reductions on property prices as several American markets experienced in the past several years.  The slow down in Mexico has come from the decrease in exports going up north so the economy has slowed up a bit,  although the 2011 GDP is not looking that bad at all for this country.   With that said, we do see <strong><em>some</em></strong> non-Mexican property owners needing to get cash out and needing to meet a buyer ready to negotiate.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>The <a href="http://www.topmexicorealestate.com/tulum-real-estate/" target="_blank">Tulum real estate</a> market is growing as fast as a vine in a jungle.   I went out this past week to see how the Aldea Zama project was progressing.  &#8220;PLEASANT SURPRISE&#8221;.   Tulum is a small village still.  There are not many options to choose for condos or for homes yet when you review the <a href="http://www.topmexicorealestate.com" target="_blank">Mexico real estate</a> market in comparison to this region there are some exciting potential in this southern tropical paradise.  Especially with all the buzz in the past 3 months with the President of Mexico making announcements of the International Airport regarding the nod of approval from the federal offices to proceed in this mega project and investment into this small little Mexican Caribbean village&#8230;. the <a href="http://www.topmexicorealestate.com/tulum-real-estate/" target="_self">Tulum real estate</a> is showing great appreciation potential.  Look at the progress of this residential community in the film below.</p>

Now that you ve made the decision to purchase a home or condo for rental purposes in Mexico, or you ve already purchased one, we need to have a starting point for our <a title="Mexico Rental Property Goals" href="http://www.topmexicorealestate.com/blog/2008/12/02/outlining-your-goals-for-your-rental-property/" target="_blank">rental income</a>.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="Times New Roman;">Although each of our financial and personal goals are very different and we invest for various reasons, the pathway to your success in becoming a Landlord will require that you know how to calculate your Net Operating Income (NOI). Some of us want a monthly cash flow, while others just want to reach a break-even point. Some of us do not mind subsidizing our investment because we know that our return can be realized in the tax benefits and the appreciation. In order to understand how your Mexico investment property will potentially perform on a monthly or yearly basis, use the following formula:</span></p>
