Mexico Purchasing Process

The Mexico real estate Purchasing Process starts from the selection of an experienced agent. Identification of your needs and property types, your budget, and selection of property options that meet your criteria. Preparing the offer to purchase, setting up escrow and earnest money, and then preparing the promissory contract are normal processes. Once contract agreed and signed, the bank trust is established at which time the appointment with the Notary Public is realized. All documentation from the seller and the property are then verified and assured that legal transfer can occur. Once notarized, the new title is then passed to he Public Registry for property registration in public records.
