Today I had the pleasure of spending the day with Linda Neil, an old friend of mine, and one of Mexico’s leading pioneering brokers – especially in the areas of professionalism and international connections.
In the morning we had a phone interview with Tim Johnson of McClatchy newspapers, who formerly covered U.S. policy toward Latin America for the Miami Herald (14 years.) Here we are looking at our notes and chatting with Tim:
We talked about the new bill that may allow for direct ownership. I’m looking forward to seeing Tim’s take on this topic!
Lind and I also went to a meeting at Aldea Zama´s offices and then to Hacienda del Rio, which is really looking great! Shortly, I’ll share an interview with Linda’s invaluable opinion on this project.
We also did some video interviews on:
- Linda´s background and services as a broker
- The Mexico Spotlight 2013
This last project is, of course, closely connected to the one Linda and I are working together on this year to build new international connections for the Mexico real estate industry.
Seeing Linda again has been wonderful, and I’m looking forward continuing with these new and exciting projects for this year!
