Rita Sheese Intreview

In this interview with Rita Sheese, president of AMPI Cozumel (AMPI is Mexico's professional real estate association), discusses the attractiveness of Cozumel Real Estate.   First Rita describes the role of AMPI as an organization to promote professionalism, ethic and development in the field of real estate.   With regard to Cozumel itself, Rita points out the benefit of the "3 in 1" real estate area, including Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Cozumel, with the extended area including Isla Mujeres on one end, and Tulum on the other.   The island of Cozumel itself includes beautiful nature and many ways to enjoy it, such as scuba diving and site seeing. Ecotourism is also very popular on the island.   The island, as much of the Yucatan peninsula, has a rich Mayan history with numerous archeological sites.
