The infrastructure is amazing – The road’s in the community are very well planned, and, on top of that, picturesque with boulevards and green areas. All infrastructure and wiring is underground; this includes electricity, water, phone, high-speed internet, etc. Those who buy lots here will enjoy a very nice community in the future with a high level of appeal and image.
The community design is unique – The community also includes a village center of its own which, in addition to offering shops and restaurants, has also been designed as a trendy place with a contemporary-rustic style that is ideal for hanging out and relaxing. Few upscale communities of this sort include a village center of their own.
The prices are very good – The price of these lots is very competitive. Since Tulum is just beginning its growth, and many parts of it are just beginning to take shape, prices are lower than what they are expected to be in the near future.
Those who buy in Aldea Zama can expect that it’s advantageous location and unique design will bring increased demand in the near future – and this is on top of the lifestyle they can enjoy there!
