Awa condos are an excellent choice in Playa del Carmen by all standards.  Yet, in a way they could be called the best in the market.  The following points suggest that these condos hold an excellent position, and are one of the best options out there.

The Best Price – Awa condos are the lowest price for new condos on the market suitable for international buyers.  They are in a price range that would suit average and even low-budget buyers.  Construction-based payment plans mean that buyers can invest little by little rather than having to pay the full amount immediately.

 

The Best Price/Square Foot – Besides being low prices in the absolute sense, they are also the best price per square meter available in the Playa del Carmen market.  In more concrete terms, this means while the condos are low-priced, they are nevertheless very spacious and comfortable.

 

Near the Beach – Playa del Carmen’s beaches are wide, with soft, white sand; the water of the Caribbean Sea is warm and is a beautiful view with its bright turquoise color.  These beaches are probably the #1 reason why buyers choose this community.  Awa condos are located within walking distance to the beach.  The beach walk to the beach is a pleasant one, and there is also good road access for anyone who prefers to drive.

 

Beautiful Community – The community is currently full of nature; as more development sprouts up, there are many designated green areas.  There are also bike trails running throughout.  The community has development bylaws which ensure that new condos and homes will add to the already upscale atmosphere.  There is a gate entrance with 24 hour security.  Playa del Carmen one of the safest cities in Mexico as it is; the gated entrance also reduces traffic.  As the community continues to grow, it is expected that it will be on par with Playacar at the south end of downtown – the Mexican Caribbean’s most elite community.

 

Excellent Design – Of course, the condos themselves are beautiful, with an open-concept design.  The finishes are high-quality, and there is variety in style, including penthouses and even a stand-alone home.  The complex’s design promises an attractive outward appearance.

This combination of features would be difficult to find in Playa del Carmen, or anywhere else for that matter.  For this reason, we feel we can say with confidence that this is one of the best options, if not the best, in Playa del Carmen for 2012.
