Many people have been on a resort vacation in Mexico, and would love to be able to live this lifestyle as day to day life, or at least on more frequent vacations. The good news is that several locations offer this by means of excellent Mexico beachfront for sale that has access to the same services, activities and relaxation that these people have experienced on their vacations. While there are many excellent locations like this throughout Mexico, the following are the “big three” in terms of popularity, services, activities and expat numbers.
Cancun is not only the most visited tourist location in Mexico, but it is also the favorite beachfront destination for Americans to visit worldwide. For this reason it has excellent air connectivity, with direct flights several times a week to all major destinations throughout the U.S. and Canada, and many less frequent direct flights or connecting flights to minor airports. It also has very modern shopping malls, international stores, excellent hospitals, world-class golf and tours of all sorts (boat tours, diving tours, deep-sea fishing tours, pyramid tours, etc.) It also boasts some unique and attractive features like the world’s second largest coral reef and an underwater museum.
Of course, we can’t forget the world’s most perfect beaches, with soft white sand a bright turquoise colored water that’s always warm.
Condos directly on the beachfront allow residents to enjoy all of this as a part of day to day life, or anytime they have a few days to spare for a trip down.
Puerto Vallarta is a classic Mexican fishing village turned tourist hotspot. Like Cancun, all modern services – from golf courses, to hospitals, to good international airport – exist for real estate owners to enjoy. Besides the beautiful beaches, Puerto Vallarta boasts awe-inspiring views of the fiery sunsets over the Pacific, and the rugged mountains surrounding the bay on which the city is located.
Cabo is the favorite vacation spot on the Baja California Peninsula. Beaches, many, many golf courses, a comfortable modern lifestyle and a large expat community define these two former Spanish mission towns (San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.) The communities include Baja California’s most important airport and many other modern services. Desert landscapes combine with both sunrises and sunsets over the water (since the communities are located at the tip of the Peninsula.)
These three locations offer Americans and Canadians the same lifestyle they enjoyed while on their favorite vacation – but on a daily basis!
