Cindy and Rusty from Las Vegas<\/strong><\/p>\n How did you find Top Mexico Real Estate?<\/strong><\/p>\n Rusty: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The internet, we started there. We read some reviews about various different\u00c2\u00a0companies and looked at some of the property listings Top Mexico had, the views they had, especially with expats like ourselves coming from the United States seemed to have some very good reviews\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n How did you find the process?<\/strong><\/p>\n Rusty: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Similar to back in the United States. We spoke to an agent<\/a> over the phone, talked about the kind of things that we were looking for and he put together a list of various listings to look at over the internet so when we came down here we look at some of them. He took us around, we visited some of them, went back to the office and spoke with our agent and the supervisor. Came up with a couple more to go visit and that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s how we ended up in Punta Allen<\/a>. We walked in and my wife said, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Wow, this is it\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n What was it about Punta Allen?<\/strong><\/p>\n Rusty: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I liked the layout, I like that it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s close to the sea, that it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s close enough to town but far enough away. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s just perfect.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n What about the design?<\/strong><\/p>\n Cindy: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I love it, I love all the stone. The architecture is kind of unique in itself. You don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t find that back in the States.”<\/p>\n Rusty: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153We also looked at some other condominium projects in downtown Playa (Playa del Carmen) and we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re not really the city dwellers, so we like having the space between a big population. So it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s nice out here, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s quiet out here. You have all the amenities you want if you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re in the city but you have more quiet time out here.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n Cindy: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Once we signed the contract we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been in constant contact with Anita, probably almost daily. She\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s been great, very helpful for us.<\/p>\n What was the purchasing process like?<\/strong><\/p>\n Rusty: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Pretty simple. Top Mexico Real Estate lined it all up when we first started, step by step.\u00c2\u00a0 What\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s going to happen, here\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s when it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s going to happen, here\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s what you can do. If you can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t be here for certain things we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll set up power of attorneys, etc. so they make it pretty easy for you.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n Why did you choose to live in Mexico?<\/strong><\/p>\n Cindy: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been coming here for years, we absolutely love it. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s laid back, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s not as busy as the States. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s warm, you can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t beat the weather here, so this is home.
