If the document is not notarized by a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/blog\/category\/mexico-notary-public-how-to-buy-real-estate-in-mexico-2\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mexican notary public<\/a> it is not legal!
