William brought us around to all the different places and then once we saw Atsi nothing compared and William said \u00c2\u00a8OK, let\u00c2\u00b4s start working on it. And he stepped us through all the process. He made it really easy. We\u00c2\u00b4ve made our payments and all of a sudden we get an email from Anita. She says \u00c2\u00a8Hi, I\u00c2\u00b4m Anita. I\u00c2\u00b4m going to be your closer.\u00c2\u00a8 And \u00c2\u00a0now she takes over, and she always answered my emails immediately, any questions we had, any concerns. She\u00c2\u00b4s been working with us now for the last 3 months. Both William and Anita have made this so easy for us because they\u00c2\u00b4ve taken care of all the concerns and problems. Anita was our person here keeping track of the condo, coming to look, giving us progress reports so we would know what\u00c2\u00b4s going on.
