{"id":11599,"date":"2016-03-03T11:41:31","date_gmt":"2016-03-03T17:41:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/temp-blog\/?p=11599"},"modified":"2017-09-27T16:40:52","modified_gmt":"2017-09-27T21:40:52","slug":"continually-educating-our-clients-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/blog\/2016\/03\/continually-educating-our-clients-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Continually Educating Our Clients"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At Top Mexico Real Estate we pride ourselves on continually <strong>educating our clients about Mexico real estate<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0 That is why we started the Mexico real estate educational seminar series\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 bringing the information to your home town. \u00c2\u00a0On Friday we were in Stamford, Connecticut holding the second seminar in the USA series tour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fortunately for us we had just missed the super cold snow storm that came through. \u00c2\u00a0Now don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t get me wrong it was still cold for all of us guest speakers who traveled from the Mexican Caribbean to give a presentation. \u00c2\u00a0It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s worth mentioning that the <strong>low cost of living<\/strong> and great weather are among the top reasons why people from the United States consider <strong>buying a vacation<\/strong>, <strong>investment<\/strong> or <strong>retirement home in Mexico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i255.photobucket.com\/albums\/hh138\/beatlo\/Otros\/IMG_0514_zpsrlfq6qc8.jpg\" alt=\" photo IMG_0514_zpsrlfq6qc8.jpg\" width=\"385\" height=\"288\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This educational seminar included three expert guest speakers who traveled from Mexico to give an in-depth presentation about the Mexico real estate market and answer questions from the attendees. \u00c2\u00a0The guest speakers included Ivan Castillo the Regional Manager of Stewart Title Latin America. \u00c2\u00a0Ivan presented the Mexico purchasing process and discussed how a foreigner can own real estate in Mexico.\u00c2\u00a0 Jennifer Campbell is the Executive Vice President of International Lending at LAG Mortgages which recently opened up Lending\/Finance office in Tulum, Mexico.\u00c2\u00a0 Jennifer discussed financing options available to foreigners through LAG Mortgages.\u00c2\u00a0 And myself, Thomas Lloyd the Founder &amp; CEO of Top Mexico Real Estate.
