One of the hottest topics in Playa del Carmen Real Estate<\/a> at the moment is the exciting, long awaited news of the beach recovery. It is officially a reality now for Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the\u00c2\u00a0much needed beachfront in Playacar phase one. This is a private gated community\u00c2\u00a0area where you find a\u00c2\u00a0mix of mostly\u00c2\u00a0single family homes and a few condominium complexes.\u00c2\u00a0It is very popular for vacation rentals, as it is close enough to the tourist part of downtown Playa, 5th Ave and the small bar section, yet an ideal distance for privacy, peace and quiet. The zone would be as well an ideal retirement spot.<\/p>\n

Here are a few photos I took this morning of the stunning beach that this community has once again. It was quite impressive to see people strolling along and enjoying\u00c2\u00a0the Playa del Carmen beachfront real estate<\/a>. If you’ve ever seen this area in the previous years, you will definitely be as astonished as I am.<\/p>\n
