You can feel the Caribbean Sea breeze gently blowing towards Ejido. The beaches are less than a mile away just waiting for you to come relax and enjoy. Punta Estrella has easy access to the highway and main roads leading into Playa\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s downtown, and it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s located only 2.2 miles away from the popular Coco Beach. Homes and condos start at $48,000 USD, making of this a very affordable option.<\/p>\n

There are many other communities and neighborhoods scattered throughout Playa del Carmen<\/a>, but to mention them all would be virtually impossible. Pricing can be from one level of affordability to the other. There are exclusive communities and elaborate homes with all the amenities. But you know what all of them have in common? They are all very close to beautiful beaches, the world famous 5th<\/sup> Avenue, and all of what Playa del Carmen and its surrounding towns have to offer. When looking at affordable homes in Playa del Carmen and considering the low cost of living here, it can become a reality very easily.<\/p>\n
