The Playa del Carmen real estate<\/a> market prices are determined by various factors.\u00c2\u00a0 Factors which include the economies of the state, the economies of the country, and even the economies of other countries.\u00c2\u00a0 How many jobs currently exist in Playa del Carmen and how many new ones are being created each year also influence the going market values.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Another strong factor in any real estate market is the infrastructure of the community.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 The roads, parks, community centers need to be built with quality and with room for growth to support the city’s needs.\u00c2\u00a0 For this reason the recent approval of a new over pass to be invested in Playa del Carmen is an important construction for the stability of the present prices of real estate and for the future continued appreciation of properties in the zone.<\/p>\n
