The Base of the Public Bidding for the Riviera Maya Airport<\/a> will be published on May 11th<\/sup> as confirmed by the SCT Sub secretary Humberto Trevi\u00c3\u00b1o Landois.\u00c2\u00a0 The Tulum condo investment<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0market will benefit tremendously from such a scenario. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Base document was approved in the general meeting this week, there are still some minor observations and adjustments to be made in the body of the text that will be ready\u00c2\u00a0 by Tuesday.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Tulum Airport<\/a> will require over 300 Million USD of investment, the goal is to publish the results on December 23rd of this year.<\/span><\/p>\n

80 % of the land has been secured and the remaining 20% is being negotiated with the Local\u00c2\u00a0 Government, the land being negotiated\u00c2\u00a0 is for the access and for the head of the landing strip.<\/span><\/p>\n

There have been some minor adjustments to the bidding base such as the regulatory schedule for tariffs in the midterm to be made in the\u00c2\u00a0 6th<\/sup> year of operation in place of the 5th<\/sup> as in most airports.<\/span><\/p>\n

We shall know On Tuesday May 5, 2010. <\/span><\/p>\n
