It will be sitting on a 1500 Hectare of green area.\u00c2\u00a0 Runway of a length of 3,450 Meters, operating platforms,\u00c2\u00a0 control tower, access roads, fuel stations among other equipment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The travel time from the airport to hotels in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/akumal-real-estate\/oceanfront-akumal.php\">Riviera Maya <\/a>will be reduced.<\/li>\n<li>The concession is for the next 50 years including the construction time.<\/li>\n<li>Projected passengers is estimated at 700,000 in the first year of operation<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/blog\/category\/mexico-airports\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tulum airport<\/a> Concesion will exist for a period of 50 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Hector Moreno <\/strong>has been working in Real Estate in the areas of Tulum, Akumal, Sian Kaan for nearly 6 years.
