If you allow your Tenant to pay at random, your setting a precedence to continue to allow this type of behavior<\/li>\n<li>Not knowing the specific laws relating to Tenant-Landlord relationships<\/li>\n<li>Poor response to Maintenance and Service requests<\/li>\n<li>Not practicing good customer service<\/li>\n<li>Not conducting a written, detailed move in inspection with their Tenant<\/li>\n<li>Not maintaining a professional relationship with their Tenant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In most cases, Landlord and Tenant will have some communication, especially if there is not a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/blog\/category\/mexico-rental-property\/\" target=\"_blank\">Property Manager<\/a>involved. However, it&#39;s easy to defy the balance of a Tenant-Landlord relationship if mistakes are not kept to a minimum.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Kami Kemp<\/strong> is both a Texas Realtor and Real Estate Broker in Arizona with Prime Properties.
