As the urban population density increases and start to concentrate in cities, people start becoming more individual and self-absorbed. This, in turn, increases anxiety levels, creates more illnesses and makes society and community come second. One of the most common interests today is eco-consciousness, for example. From that, a large community of people have gathered to find solutions to the impact that the growing population is causing on our planet. Living together towards a single common goal is known as intentional community. This is a group of people living together benefiting from common values such as collaboration, sustainability, problem-solving, safety, and others.<\/p>\n

Now, when you translate this into what benefits you can reap from real estate, we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re talking about advantages that a regular community might not withstand. For example, as retirees, finding a community with a common goal (retirement, in this case), is golden when making friendships, participating in activities, or simply caring for the environment together.
