Located in the Littly Italy zone, and 2 short blocks to Coco Beach, a complex where all the units layout are identical, this particular owner decided to create something entirely different, with an Italian savor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 5px;\" src=\"http:\/\/i22.photobucket.com\/albums\/b312\/slither76\/Meridian%20penthouse\/DSC05709.jpg\" alt=\"Playa del Carmen beach condo\" width=\"330\" height=\"260\" \/><\/p>\n<p> This normally is a 2 bedroom penthouse of 114m2 (1219 sq.ft) interior, plus wrap around balcony off the living room and balcony off the master bedroom,with a very large rooftop common area of about 70m2 (750 m2) was transformed into a detailed masterpeice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"vertical-align: middle; margin: 5px;\" src=\"http:\/\/i22.photobucket.com\/albums\/b312\/slither76\/Meridian%20penthouse\/DSC05710.jpg\" alt=\"art and balcony view, penthouse in Playa del caarmen\" width=\"330\" height=\"260\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Where you normally find the kitchen, he has transformed that into the main living area and the guest bedroom has been made into the kitchen. Not just any kitchen, this is high-end, with Italian finishes most of which were imported.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"vertical-align: middle; margin: 5px;\" src=\"http:\/\/i22.photobucket.com\/albums\/b312\/slither76\/Meridian%20penthouse\/DSC05713.jpg\" alt=\"Italian kitchen in penthouse near coco beach\" width=\"330\" height=\"260\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are sensational details throughout, such as Venetian pasta paint, which is like a marble effect, it&#39;s soft to the touch and very expensive. The floors are Greek white marble and the tiles on the balconies and roof are anti-slip porcelain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"vertical-align: middle; margin: 5px;\" src=\"http:\/\/i22.photobucket.com\/albums\/b312\/slither76\/Meridian%20penthouse\/DSC05726.jpg\" alt=\"master bedroom on the rooftop..Playa del Carmen condos\" width=\"330\" height=\"260\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Upstairs, he converted the open rooftop area into a master bedroom with very spacious walk-in closet and its own very charming bathroom. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"float: right; margin: 5px;\" src=\"http:\/\/i22.photobucket.com\/albums\/b312\/slither76\/Meridian%20penthouse\/DSC05730.jpg\" alt=\"funky master bathroom on the roof Playa del Carmen condos\" width=\"330\" height=\"260\" \/><\/p>\n<p> There is another lounge type room, which can be easily converted into a 3rd bedroom.
