The normal steps to find a great residence in Cancun\u00c2\u00a0is to ask yourself your greatest interest whether a location\u00c2\u00a0close to your children’s school in an upcoming neighborhood.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Or an oceanfront\/lagoon front\u00c2\u00a0location close to the downtown area to have the best of both worlds.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Or finding a great rental property that you can use as a winter getaway plus a great additional income.<\/p>\n

Yes, financing is available for\u00c2\u00a0foreigners in Cancun with Banks such as Scotia Inverlat, Bancomer,\u00c2\u00a0 HSBC.\u00c2\u00a0 Plus mortgage companies with representation in the Riviera Maya\u00c2\u00a0that work with North American\u00c2\u00a0and European\u00c2\u00a0lenders\u00c2\u00a0authorized to provide loans to various nationalities.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Short term owner financing has become more prevalent depending on the seller as many of these will work with\u00c2\u00a0buyers to make it easier for\u00c2\u00a0the buyer to purchase while he may have to sell another property of his own to complete the payment here in Mexico.<\/p>\n
