What was originally a small fishing\u00c2\u00a0village only 40 years\u00c2\u00a0ago the immediate northern section of the Cancun real estate region now has the impressive Puerto Cancun\u00c2\u00a0with its 20 storey\u00c2\u00a0high rise towers have changed the skyline of the\u00c2\u00a0down town area.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Continuing up the coast are numerous projects that have\u00c2\u00a0been completed since\u00c2\u00a0Hurricane Wilma in October of 2005.\u00c2\u00a0 Besides the huge Puerto Cancun developement with its Nick Price signature\u00c2\u00a0golf course and\u00c2\u00a0the recenty\u00c2\u00a0constructed marina\u00c2\u00a0including the\u00c2\u00a0expansive canals to\u00c2\u00a0spectacular individual residences and luxury condominium complexes.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 There is also a wide variety\u00c2\u00a0of economical ocean front locations for under $200,000USD\u00c2\u00a0with a variety of smaller ocean front\u00c2\u00a0docking facilities available.\u00c2\u00a0 This five km\u00c2\u00a0oceanfront strip has a great mix of high end residences to the north in Punta Sam and the exclusive area of Playa Mujeres\u00c2\u00a0with more accessable prices in the area of Puerto Juarez.<\/div>\n
