Have clear surfaces, notably in the kitchen and bathroom. There is nothing worst than having a messy area in your photos!<\/span><\/p>\n

Please, no Myspace era dirty mirror photos.<\/span><\/h4>\n

To have the perfect picture of your property, curb appeal counts; Make sure the landscaping is neat.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Remove personal effects like family photos. Prospective buyers want to envision their personal touches. In this case, minimalism is best.
