This summer has been a hot one here in Mexico, and the Playa del Carmen real estate<\/a> market has also some hot deals and price reductions happening in the area. I would like to review a few that I’ve come across recently.<\/p>\n

The first property is a Playa del Carmen Condo<\/a>, one of the few true Mexican hacienda style condos in downtown Playa. The seller is very motivated and has reduced the price from $175,000 to $139,000. It is very difficult to find a property under $150k this close to the 5th Ave and the beach! The next property is located right on the beach, inside of a private gated community. The location is excellent as its offer access to the 5th Ave for shopping and dining, yet is just far enough have peace and quiet. This 3 bedroom condo has been reduced from $469,000 to $420,000. Another eyebrow raiser here in the Playa del Carmen real estate<\/a> market is also in a gated community and very close to the beach. It is a\u00c2\u00a0lovely\u00c2\u00a0remodelled 4 bedroom villa that is part of a complex that shares a common pool, palapa and tennis court. One last option that is an excellent price for a property with a partial oceanview for $150,000. This is a 1 bedroom loft style condo in Playa del Carmen<\/a> with 2 full bathrooms and 2 very spacious terraces. The beach access is less than 5 mins.
