margin-right: 10px;\" title=\"Playa del Carmen real estate 5\" src=\"http:\/\/i255.photobucket.com\/albums\/hh138\/beatlo\/Playa%20del%20Carmen%20photos\/Playa%20del%20Carmen%20Beaches\/DSCF4381.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"320\" \/>Most of you know the normal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/playadelcarmen-real-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\">Playa del Carmen real estate<\/a> zones that have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One of the world\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s most beautiful beaches<\/li>\n<li>The multi-colors of blue Caribbean waters we enjoy<\/li>\n<li>Our famous pedestrian-only 20 block long 5<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue<\/li>\n<li>The safe and friendly small town-type community<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/playadelcarmen-real-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\">Playa del Carmen real estate<\/a> market that has been growing at incredible rates over the past 10 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(it has been tagged as the fastest growing city within the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\" target=\"_blank\">Mexico real estate<\/a> market for the past few years)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our previous posting announcement of the ARCO VIAL, the new almost completed (click here <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/blog\/2010\/09\/30\/playa-del-carmen-homes-receive-increased-comfort-with-new-overpass-nearing-completion\/\" target=\"_blank\">Playa del Carmen over-pass<\/a> )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>bridge allowing thru traffic to zip non-stop through town, thus relieving local traffic congestion<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px;\" title=\"Playa del Carmen real estate\" src=\"http:\/\/i255.photobucket.com\/albums\/hh138\/beatlo\/Playa%20del%20Carmen%20photos\/West%20New%20Side%20of%20Playa%20del%20Carmen\/DSCF4012-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"310\" height=\"213\" \/>But, many of you do NOT know about the NEW Playa del Carmen<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The up and coming new communities that are growing and expanding west of<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Highway 307<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There is not much room to develop new communities in town any longer east of the highway<\/li>\n<li>There are several new communities being built just west of Playacar<\/li>\n<li> One of the two shopping malls in town (a major Soriana mega store, a multi-theatre cinema, a McDonalds, several banks, Telcel cell phone store, major department store, Office Depot and several other stores).\u00c2\u00a0 Sam\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Club is right across the highway as is a first class Spanish-owned hospital.<\/li>\n<li>A new bowling alley is being completed next to the mall<\/li>\n<li>A new private sports club is on the books with a planned swimming pool, tennis courts, racquetball courts and other sports activities.<\/li>\n<li>Construction has begun for the second Walmart in Playa del Carmen so these pretty smart people see the growth continuing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"margin-left: 10px;
