\nI am just back from the\u00c2\u00a0open house for a new Playa del Carmen homes<\/a> option…to recap if you haven’t heard about it, it is a new condo development just 5 minutes north of town in a new beautiful gated community and walkable to the beach.\u00c2\u00a0 With a price point starting at $130,000 it just might be the best new condo value in Playa.<\/p>\n

There are 6 buildings, each 3 stories for a total of 18 units…therefor only one unit per floor per building and no adjoining neighbors on\u00c2\u00a0either side of you.\u00c2\u00a0 There is a beautiful pool in the center as well as a sizable gymnasium.\u00c2\u00a0 They are even installing solar panels to help reduce your electricity cost and are very sensitive to environmental issues such as recycling, etc.<\/p>\n

These condos are on the norther side of the Playa del Carmen real estate<\/a> region.\u00c2\u00a0 They\u00c2\u00a0have special grand opening prices that are good until December 15, and I think being such great\u00c2\u00a0values, they will go quickly.\u00c2\u00a0 The ground floor garden apartment and the second story are both 2 bedroom\/2 bath with an attractive\u00c2\u00a0open floor\u00c2\u00a0plan and lots of\u00c2\u00a0windows and\u00c2\u00a0spacious balconies.\u00c2\u00a0 I was also impressed with the finishes such at\u00c2\u00a0upgraded appliances, bathroom fixtures and granite counter tops as well as kitchen cabinetry that you would normally see in condo at much higher price points than these.<\/p>\n

But you also need to know with the special pricing for the next month, the\u00c2\u00a0Penthouse may be the fantastic buy.\u00c2\u00a0 It has the same floor plan as the lower two\u00c2\u00a0floors, BUT has\u00c2\u00a0stairs up to\u00c2\u00a0the spaciouis rooftop with jacuzzi AND another bedroom\/den\/library with a half bath.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0$135,000<\/strong>….what a great investment opportunity!<\/p>\n

If the idea of\u00c2\u00a0living\u00c2\u00a0in a secure and safe new\u00c2\u00a0gated community with all underground utilities in this peaceful and tranquil setting…but still just a few\u00c2\u00a0minutes form all the conveniences\u00c2\u00a0that Playa has to offer, this might be worth taking a minute and checking out the details.<\/p>\n
