Reviewing Playa del Carmen condo sales<\/a>, I’ve noticed two important trends.\u00c2\u00a0 One is towards low-priced properties trading off services for price, while still maintaining quality; the other is towards luxury at its best, offering a complete services for an ideal beachfront lifestyle and high-return potential.<\/p>\n

\"\"The Fives is one of the best examples of luxury investment in Playa del Carmen real estate<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 Last weekend I had the pleasure of visiting, and experiencing, this spectacular new condo-hotel resort.<\/p>\n

From the point of view of a vacationer, and tried out, the following features of the resort:<\/p>\n

4 High-quality Restaurants<\/strong>, including Japonese, Mediterranean, pizza and pasta, and a breakfast buffet.\u00c2\u00a0 Besides excellent, there was also a very well-designed atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Very elegant condo units<\/strong>, which can be rented out as one large unit, or each room is also fully equipped to be separate hotel room.\u00c2\u00a0 These are among the best I’ve seen in Mexico condos<\/a>.<\/p>\n

3 very large pools<\/strong>, each with a swim-up bar.\u00c2\u00a0 One was directly at the patio door of the condo I stayed in.\u00c2\u00a0 Another is an infinity pool at the beach.<\/p>\n

\"\"Kid’s club<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Well, OK, it was really my kids who tried it.\u00c2\u00a0 But I did have a car race against my son on the video games.\u00c2\u00a0 There are play areas, learning centers, planned activities, an outdoor playground, and a staff of about 5 to 7 very professional young ladies who were excellent with the kids.\u00c2\u00a0 At one point, I started to suspect that the kids preferred to be with them.\u00c2\u00a0 While they were having a blast there, I relaxed on the beach, and enjoyed a romantic sushi dinner with my wife.<\/p>\n

Excellent hotel services<\/strong> including valet parking, front door pick-up and drop-off, luggage handling (I never touched my bags, other than packing them, until I got back home,) and much more.\u00c2\u00a0 The staff was very friendly and helpful.<\/p>\n

Lots of green space<\/strong>, with natural vegetation areas and plenty of trees for shade.\u00c2\u00a0 The walk to the beach, (which was short, but also had golf-cart service) was defined by a beautifully landscaped green area with a tennis court, a ping-pong table and a giant chess board.<\/p>\n

All of these items are included in the all-inclusive package.\u00c2\u00a0 In addition, there is a very well designed beach club.\u00c2\u00a0 The club itself was not up-and-running yet, but was open and ready to go; since the resort is still new, I am sure this will be a very happening club very shortly.<\/p>\n

As they noted in one of their promotional magazines I was browsing through, the luxury of this resort is above and beyond what vacationers expect from an all-inclusive.<\/p>\n

For investors this is a really good thing; besides providing a very high quality of services, the hotelier which operates the vacation services, Karisma, has a strong international presence for promotion.<\/p>\n

I do not believe that either vacationers or investors will be disappointed by what they find here.<\/p>\n
