\u00c2\u00a0Last week I had the chance to\u00c2\u00a0talk with the AMPI national <\/a>president, Pedro Trueba about a few topics regarding the Mexico real estate <\/a>market and\u00c2\u00a0also with Wilberth Gutierrez about the\u00c2\u00a0Playa del Carmen real estate <\/a>areas.\u00c2\u00a0 Many non-Mexican buyers are unfamiliar with the process of buying or investing into properties here south of the border.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0The AMPI logo and the training that AMPI associates are offered and how this can benefit non-Mexican buyers are discussed in the video below.\u00c2\u00a0 A new Mexico\u00c2\u00a0real estate degree <\/a>is now offered in this country and in this industry which is exciting news as I am fortunate to be one of the first generation Realtors to have been awarded this title along with an official professional identification number.\u00c2\u00a0 Again, these credentials\u00c2\u00a0and degrees are now available so that buyers or sellers can now have another\u00c2\u00a0manner to more efficiently evaluate\u00c2\u00a0or\u00c2\u00a0compare when\u00c2\u00a0choosing which Realtors can most adequately and professionally represent their interests.\u00c2\u00a0 We chat about this below.\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n
