The Tulum real estate<\/a> market’s property owners were following very closely when Mexico’s Federal Courts stepped in to over rule the future plans of their small Quintana Roo town.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Various people who have bought property in Tulum have done so because of the lure of the picturesque beaches in this Mexican Caribbean community. \u00c2\u00a0 There are only a handful of Tulum condos for sale<\/a> and homes on the market\u00c2\u00a0 but with the introduction of a new residential community called Aldea Zama, many property owners were especially concerned on the results of the national courts.\u00c2\u00a0 For this reason, TOP Mexico Real Estate<\/a> decided to interview a director of this development found in the video below.<\/p>\n
