When searching for your Mexico condo for sale<\/a>, one excellent option to consider is a condo hotel.\u00c2\u00a0 These provide full, titled condo ownership in a hotel or resort setting.\u00c2\u00a0 They often offer an ideal balance between personal enjoyment and income from rentals to other vacationers; in other words, it’s an easier way to make a vacation condo double as a Mexico real estate<\/a> investment.<\/p>\n

\"\"Whether you are using the condo for family vacations, or as a winter property for your Mexico retirement<\/a>, there are a series of services which can be found.\u00c2\u00a0 Items such as reception, maintenance and cleaning are the basics.\u00c2\u00a0 The following is a fairly exhaustive list of “extras;” you may not need all of them, but you can use this list to consider which ones are most appealing, and to find a condo hotel most appropriate for you.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Beachfront Access<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Being directly on the beach is nice, but some also provide short walking access or easy transportation to a beach access.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Pools<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c We’re not always in the mood for the beach, and having large pools with lounge areas is a nice touch.\u00c2\u00a0 Some condo resorts have infinity pools at the beachfront.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Swim-up bars<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c It’s nice to sip a martini while relaxing in the pool.\u00c2\u00a0 Sodas, smoothies, etc. are usually available as well.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Restaurants and Bars<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c On-site restaurants and bars make it easy to enjoy high-quality meals and good drinks without really going out.\u00c2\u00a0 Some include several restaurants and a variety of food styles.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Beach Club<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c There’s no better way to enjoy a beach, and it’s nice to have the club either on-site, or with easy access provide for condo owners.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Green Areas<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c This is often a purely visual point, but it can make a difference for some people’s level of relaxation.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Kids Club<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Even if you’re retired, you may bring the grand kids with you some time.\u00c2\u00a0 Also, it’s an attractive feature for attracting vacationers you will be renting your property.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Transportation to town<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c It’s nice not to have to think about having a car or getting taxis.\u00c2\u00a0 Even if you have everything on-site, sometimes you’ll want to head downtown for a little change.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Transportation on site<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c If it’s a larger resort complex, it’s easier if you can call up reception, and have a golf cart take you and drop you off at the beach or your favorite restaurant.\u00c2\u00a0 Most are pleasant enough for walking, but the point is to have options.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Valet parking<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c If you are going to have a car, it makes parking and security hassle free.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Concierge<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Most of Mexico’s vacation areas offer a wide variety of things to do and places to see, ranging from golf courses and movie theaters, to museums and ancient pyramids.\u00c2\u00a0 It’s nice to have some one who knows give you a hand in choosing the right place, and letting you know how to get there.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Spa \u00e2\u20ac\u201c <\/strong>Messages, saunas, etc – another way of saying complete relaxation.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Sports & exercise facilities<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c For some people, exercise is a part of relaxation; for other people, vacations just take too much of a toll on the waist. On-site facilities make it much, much easier to get around to exercise.<\/p>\n

-\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Exercise & yoga classes<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c As above, it’s easier when you have an instructor.<\/p>\n

As we mentioned, maybe you don’t need all of these; but think carefully about your needs, and be sure to ask if the condo hotel you are considering doesn’t mention a feature you want.\u00c2\u00a0 Perhaps they offer a similar service that does the trick for you.<\/p>\n
