The Top Mexico real estate<\/a> team is always on their toes to stay on top of the best deals in and around the Playa del Carmen real estate<\/a> region. Normally in low season many sellers will lower their prices since there are less visitors and less chance their properties will be viewed. This season I’ve been advised of several very hot tamale deals as a good handful of sellers are reaching an urgency level\u00c2\u00a0and needing liquidity. It has been reduced to $680,000!
